This policy explains the principles for processing personal data collected through the website operated by Vora Medya.

Data collected

Through the contact form on the site, your full name, company name, phone number, email address, website or social media account, the service you request, the ad budget range you indicate and the content of your message may be collected. No cookie-based measurement or ad-tracking tool runs when you visit the site.

Purposes of processing

The data collected is processed only to evaluate your request, get back to you and plan the delivery of the service. It is not used for any other purpose.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as evaluating the request and, where applicable, the contractual relationship require; at the end of that period it is deleted or anonymized.

Third parties

Form submissions are received through the form service of the infrastructure provider hosting the site and stored on that provider’s servers, which are located abroad. The fonts used on the site are loaded from Google Fonts. Apart from these, data is not shared with third parties except where the service requires it or the law obliges it.
