KVKK Privacy Notice

Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the data controller is Vora Medya.

Personal data processed

The identity and contact details you submit through the contact form (full name, company name, phone, email), the free-text content of your request, and the service and budget range you select are processed.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed in order to respond to your request and to communicate with you, on the legal grounds of legitimate interest and the conclusion of a contract under KVKK Article 5/2.

Transfers

Form submissions are received by the form service of the infrastructure provider hosting the site and stored on that provider’s servers abroad. This transfer is assessed under KVKK Article 9; by submitting the form you give explicit consent to it. Beyond this, your data is not transferred to third parties.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing.

You can send requests regarding your rights to info@voramedya.com. Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
